This is a cool pattern of Civil War Enfield rifle bullet. You often see these listed as a "Marshall" Enfield. They are about .58 in caliber and look very similar to the regular Enfield but they have a distinctive base and nose design. They are believed to have been made in Marshall, Texas. It is the pattern listed as #2474 in McKee & Mason's bullet book.
