This is a nice looking original Civil War bullet known to collectors as the .69 caliber "Italian Carcano bullet". This one is in fine shape with an attractive look. They have the very distinctive cone style top with the wide rings. It is a variant of the style pictured as figure #199 in McKee & Mason's Bullet book. One side is nice and the other side has some scuffs and it is priced accordingly. This is a good bullet will make a nice addition to any collection.
