If you have always wanted an original Confederate flag without spending tens of thousands of dollars, then this one is for you. When the Civil War broke out, the Confederacy designed what would be known as the Confederate 1st national flag. It is a home made variant of the flag pattern. This 1st National flag had many different variations on the same basic design. the show up with different numbers of stars representing the states of the new Nation. They show up with 7, 9 and 13 stars. This one is made with 13 stars and each pf the silver stars are sewn in place by hand. The field where the stars are located has a cotton backing with a silk material over the top that is white in color instead of the usual blue. It ahs the remnants of the silk, both red and white in color on the three stripes of the main body. The main body of the flag measures 14 inches by 16 inches in size. On the one side, it has the silver string for holding it on the pole or wall for hanging. On the other side, it has the silver fringe. All of the materials are made with natural materials and dyes and it does not fluoresce when viewed under a black light which is just as it should be. You can see that a good bit of the silk has flaked over the years but still displays well. It comes nicely framed in a frame that measures 23 inches by 27-3/4ths inches in size. It is a pleasing looking home made Confederate 1st national Flag that is ready for your wall.

After you place your order and receive confirmation from Shiloh Relics. The item will be held for 7 days for the payment to arrive. If payment is not received within 7 days the item will be placed back for sale. Please call between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time. A minimum charge of $10.00 will be added to cover shipping. Items can be shipped UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Tennessee residents must include 9.75% sales tax. All items are 100% GUARANTEED. If for any reason you are unhappy with the relic just return it UNALTERED within 5 days for a refund minus shipping charges and restocking fee of 6%. Layaways can be arranged on items over $100. Layaway terms are; 1/3 down and 1/3 in 30 days with balance due in full in 60 days. Due to time factors there are no refunds or price discounts on layaways.
