Here are original .44 Caliber bullets from Civil War Campsites. This is the pattern that you see referred to as the "Bartholow" pattern of .44 caliber revolver bullet. These would have fit the model 1860 Colt Army as well as any other the .44 Civil War Revolvers. The bullets shown are representative of the bullet pattern that you will receive. We added an image at the end to show what the cartridge looked like that these bullets came from. . The drawing of this style cartridge is borrowed from the wonderful cartridge book by Herschel C. Logan. It is a very handy book if you can find one to buy.The price quoted is for one original Bartholow style .44 caliber revolver bullet.
