Cool Looking C.S. Flat Size / Convex Side Tin Drum Canteen

Here is a great canteen. This is the smaller size canteen that you often see listed as Confederate and most of them are but some are slightly pre-Civil War militia that were often used by soldiers from the South. They are distinctive because of the one flat size and the other convex side. This one displays superbly from all angles. It still retains the three original tin strap loops on the sides of the canteen body. It has a beautiful look with the seams still solidly intact. At the top of the canteen it has the original tin spout intact and even the original hand carved wooden stopper. The canteen body measures 5-1/8th inches across and is 2 inches thick. This is a wonderful piece of history!
