Cool Black Powder Flask with Double Compartments

Here is one of the very cool designs of powder flask from the Civil War era. This is the small style flask that only stands 4-7/8ths inches tall but has a very interesting design. In addition to being a standard powder flask this one has double compartments to allow the owner to carry flints and round ball shot. It has both of the original sliding cover intact on the top and the bottom compartment has the cap that unscrews. The original top is present and the spring is missing. As you can see this piece was used extensively but it still displays quite well.
