Very Cool Looking 1863 Dated Providence, Rhode Island Token From W.A. Handy

Here is a neat piece! This is a Civil War store token that is about the size of a penny. It is a 1863 Oswego, NY M.L. Marshall Token. The token prominently displays a fish on the obverse of the coin surrounded by the text "M.L. Marshall Oswego, NY”. The reverse text reads "Toys, Fancy Goods, fishing Tackle, and Rare Coin”. This token is hard to find due to its high popularity because of the merchant’s odd offerings depicted on the reverse. Because when you think of Fishing Tackle you of course think of rare coins. It is in beautiful circulated condition.
