1811 Pennsylvania Payment Document for "Stocking and Repairing State Arms"

Here is a great early military firearms document from 1811 state of Pennsylvania. This is an original treasury warrant that was used by the Government for paying for state debts. This one is dated in ink from Philadelphia on December 11, 1811, This $44.37 Warrant was to be paid to Charles W. Westphall. The preprinted document states he was being paid, "For stocking and repairing State Arms belonging to the 156th Regiment, Pennsylvania Militia." The paper is pre-printed with the blanks filled in using old brown ink. The paper measures approximately 8 inches by 6-3/4ths inches in overall size. It has been authenticated and encapsulated by the PCGS Company. This is a great early Pennsylvania document.
