Beautiful! 1863 Dated State of Arkansas $10 With Sam Adams & Slave Scene

This is a very desirable Civil War date note with an interesting design. This is the $10 note issued by the State of Arkansas. It is correctly hand dated October 31st 1863 in fine old brown ink. On the left hand side it has the barefoot slave carrying a basket of cotton. In the center of the note it has the image of Samuel Adams. At the bottom of the note it has the small dog lying down beside the date. On the back of the note there is no printing just as it should be. The note is correctly hand signed and numbered. The overall size of the note is 7 inches by 3 inches and it is printed on pretty blue paper. On the reverse of the note it has the pale blue ink "ARKANSAS TREASURY WARRANT" printing. There is some old pencil writing on the reverse. It comes in an acid free holder for display and preservation.
