Feltonville, Massachusetts 1862 Dated Store Currency by Brigham & Peters

Here is a neat little note. This is a November 1st 1862 dated merchant's store note for the amount of 10 cents. This one was issued by Brigham & Peters. They were merchants in Feltonville, Massachusetts. On the left hand side of the note, it has the two different images of the Union eagles. In the lower right hand corner, it has the guard dog sleeping by the safe. It is correctly hand signed and numbered. It measures 4-1/2 inches by 2 inches in overall size. There are some old repairs to the reverse of the paper. It comes in an acid-free holder for display and preservation.
