Rare 1862 Dated State of Missouri $10 With Commerce & Ship Scene

This is a scarce original Civil War $10 from the State of Missouri. It is issued from Jefferson City, Missouri on January 1st 1862 and is so printed on the face of the note. In the center of the note it has the image of the Goddess Commerce seated beside a cornucopia and there is a sailing ship in the distance behind her. On the left hand side of the note it has another ship scene. . At the bottom of the note it has the steamboat with smoke bellowing from the funnels. The note is correctly hand signed and numbered in old ink. This is a very desirable note that is in almost uncirculated condition with just a couple of small spots of paper loss and is priced accordingly. It displays superbly. It comes in an acid free holder for display and preservation.
