Civil War Era Field Binoculars With Paris Maker's Mark

This is an original pair of Civil War era field glasses. This is a pair of nice quality manufactured field glasses that were made in Paris, as many of the high quality optical pieces of the day were made. They stand about 7 inches tall and are about 5 inches across the base. The top of the lenses are marked "GRAMMONT MARINE* Paris*". The optics are still clear after all of these years. These have a ton of wear that is mentioned for exactness and is priced accordingly. They are the version with the brass frame and the leather coverings are missing in action. Good piece for your field display.
