Goddesses & Steam Train Designed 1861 Confederate $10 Note T-28

This is an authentic Confederate States of America currency. It is for the value of $10.00. On the upper left it has the image of the Goddesses Ceres & Commerce with an urn. Ceres was the Roman Goddess of agriculture & grain and of course Commerce was the Goddess of business. On the right hand side it has the small image of a steam train traveling down the tracks. It was issued on September 2nd 1861 from Richmond and that part is clearly printed on the front. This is the version listed as T-28 in Criswell's Confederate Currency book. It is correctly hand signed and numbered in ink. The note is in circulated condition and comes in an acid-free holder for preservation and display.
