Framed Engraving Image of General U.S. Grant in Uniform with VP Colfax

Here is a great looking piece of history. It is a nicely framed engraving image of Union General U.S. Grant. The piece comes beautifully framed in a period frame. The nails and backing on the reverse are present the frame is well over 100 years old. As you can see it displays superbly and is ready for your wall. The overall size of the frame is 15 inches high and 13 inches wide with the image portion measuring 8-3/4ths inches by 10-1/2 inches in size. The engraved image is nice and clear and displays superbly. In the image, the General is in full uniform with his stars clearly visible on his shoulders and it has a great look. Beside of Grant is the likeness of Schuyler Colfax. Colfax served as Vice-President un Grant. Along the bottom of the oval, it has their names and notes that it was published by Conner of Philadelphia. This one comes beautifully framed in a period frame and is ready to hang on your wall.
