Neat Looking 1850 Dated Bank of Augusta Georgia $20.00 Bill

This is a beautifully designed piece of pre-Civil War money. It is an original $20.00 bank note from the Bank of Augusta in Augusta, Georgia. In the center of the note it has the image of 2 Goddesses with the oval frame with the eagle at top. In the lower right hand corner it has the steam train. On the left hand side it has the image of James Oglethorpe. The note is nice larger size and measures 7 inches by 3 inches in size. It has the hand written issuance date of July 4th 1850 in the lower center of the note. This note is in nice heavily circulated condition and is priced accordingly. It is correctly hand signed and numbered in nice old ink. The note comes in an acid free holder for display and preservation.
