This is a tough to find flask. This is a variation of the brass powder flask of the style that is used for the illustration numbers 686 to 688 on page 341 of the Powder Flask Book by Ray Riling. It has the distinctive hunter with his dog on each side of the brass body. This is a scarce version. It has the original spring and spout intact. At the top and the spring is still functional. It was designed with only one loop on the side and it is still present. It has one repair to the lower side. The flask has a gorgeous color all over and it is in superb condition.
