Here is a good looking note. This is a piece of currency was issued by the County of Amherst in Virginia and is marked as such along the top of the note. This note was issued for the amount of 30 cents. It has the date August 5th 1862. The note has the black ink that makes it displays well. It is printed on the very thin paper so it is amazing that it has survived all these years. The serial number is in ink as well as the signature. Don't miss your chance to own this interesting note.
