Original 1776 Dated 6 Pence Currency From The Pennsylvania Colony

This is an authentic piece of colonial currency from the 1700's. These early ' U.S. currency pieces from the colonies that would make up our states are a true piece of history. This one was issued the Pennsylvania colony. It is clearly dated from April 25, 1776. This one was worth the amount of 6 Pence. Yes that's right at that time currency was still figured in English or Spanish values. During this turbulent time the King wanted people to know he was still in charge (he thought). On the back of the note it has the amount of value and the printer's name. The note was printed by Hall & Sellers of style=> Philadelphia. The note measures approximately 2-1/8ths inches by 2-5/8ths inches in overall size and is in attractive displaying heavily circulated condition. It comes in an acid free holder for display and preservation. This is a nice authentic early piece of paper money from a colony of the future United States.
