Great Pair of Original Infantry Officer's Dress Uniform Epaulets
Click on an image to enlarge
This is a great pair of original shoulder epaulets. This is the classic style that was worn on dress uniforms during the 1830's to Civil War timeframe. They have the beautiful silver cloth that has turned to a gorgeous tan flavor over the years. They have the original bullion tassels dangling from the large end of the epaulet. The silver color denotes that they would have been worn by an infantry officer. The underside of each epaulet has the original light colored silk padded backing still remaining. This is a great pair of epaulets that will enhance your coat if yours is missing or you can just enjoy them as they are.
