1861 Corporatrion of Richmond, Virginia 50 Cent Bank Note

This is an original Civil War piece of currency from Confederate Virginia. This 50 Cent note was issued by the Corporation of Richmond that was located at Richmond, Virginia. It has the printed issue date of April 1861 on the upper side of the note. The front has the note has the pale red ink that accents the black ink print. It is not signed and numbered so it was never issued. These notes are printed on the front side and were left blank on the reverse. This is known to collectors as the bill being "Uniface". The note is in circulated condition and is 100% authentic in all regards. It has the overall size of the note measures 6-3/4ths inches by 3 inches. It comes in an acid free holder for display and preservation.
