Here is a beautifully designed gun! It is an original flintlock pistol made in the 1700's. This gun measures 14-1/2 inches in overall size with the barrel making up 8-1/2 of those inches. The barrel is full-length and fires a bullet of about .50 caliber. It has the original blade style sight intact on the front. The lockplate of the gun is still in the original flintlock configuration. The mainspring of the lock is broken but it still catches on the 2 positions. You can still see most of the script style engraving name of the gunmaker that appears to be "A. Lourrenburg". The original triggerguard, grip cap and ramrod guides are still intact with a pleasing look to the metal. The stock is a fine piece of dark wood with a gorgeous grain. It has some cracks as you can see and it is priced accordingly. The ramrod is missing in action from under the barrel. This is a cool looking and affordable gun that is over 200 years old.
