Here is your chance to own an authentic document signed by the most famous of all Confederate Generals, Robert E. Lee. This document was signed by Lee after the Civil War while he was serving as President of Washington College in Lexington, Virginia. Lee turned down higher paying jobs after the Civil War so that he could work at the college. The paper itself is a report card for a student named H. B. Branner and it is dated from February 10, 1867. The document that is visible measures 9-1/2 inches by 7-1/2 inches in overall size. It is accompanied by an image of Lee wearing his Confederate uniform. This image has been trimmed out of a book. The farmed document and image are in a frame that measures 15 inches by 19 inches in overall size and is ready to hang on your wall. It is a great original signed document from Robert E. Lee.
